For us, recruitment is first and foremost about meeting people.
It takes place in several stages: talent identification, discussion about your background, assessment of your skills, interviews with the teams, then discovery of our work environment through a site visit.

A responsible and cross-functional organization
At EURODIFROID, our employees each have their area of expertise: each function of the company is clearly identified, has a roadmap with relevant management indicators, and moves forward in perfect coordination to ensure maximum Customer Satisfaction.
But we also encourage cross-functional “multidisciplinary” teams to regularly propose and undertake improvement actions.

SECURITY committee
This working group identifies or anticipates security issues and implements corrective actions.
Examples of actions:
- Work area improvements (brazing and cutting areas, receiving/shipping area, etc.)
- Internal risk awareness workshops and communication
- Adherence to the national charter of Employers Committed to Road Safety
- Investments in various equipment (PPE, ergonomic workstations, signage/marking, etc.)

GENERAL SERVICES Committee
A group that improves the condition of the premises and optimizes resource management.
Examples of actions:
- Replacement of traditional lighting with energy-efficient LED panels
- Management of a recycling system for wooden pallets and paper/cardboard
- Management of a water recycling system (heavily used for our machine testing)
- Maintenance of the premises and green spaces

SOCIAL ENGINEERING Committee
A group that proposes and manages projects to improve life within the company.
Examples of actions:
- Implementation of “New Arrivals” onboarding training sessions
- Improvement of communal living spaces (reception/cafeteria, dining hall, etc.)
- Welcoming visitors and groups (schools, institutions, clients, etc.)
- Promoting sustainable transportation (carpooling, electric bike rentals, etc.)
