What is an air/water exchanger, used in air conditioning?
In cases where the site of use has a cold water network, it is sometimes possible (and advantageous!) to use this cold water loop to air condition a cabinet or a technical room.
To achieve this, we offer a wide selection of air/water exchangers that can be adapted to different configurations.
The only prerequisite is that the cold water loop be sufficiently efficient and stable to be used regularly in the area to be air-conditioned.
Beyond this requirement, the air/water heat exchanger solution offers many advantages: no refrigeration circuit, therefore no refrigerant gas, no compressor… resulting in considerably reduced consumption and maintenance costs, among other things.
