ACTIVE COOLERS

What is an active cooler?

An active cooler is a device that produces cold “autonomously” (as opposed to “exchanger” type devices that use a “primary” cold source: cold air, cold water…).

To produce cold, an active chiller incorporates a refrigeration circuit: this is a closed system (mainly comprising a compressor, an expansion valve, an evaporator and a condenser) in which a refrigerant circulates (fluid or gas).

This device will then be able to cool any industrial process: water, glycol water, oil, emulsion, food preparation, other types of fluids…

Our product range is very broad (see below) because it can adapt to any configuration or integration. Between our “standard” solutions (and options) and our “custom” engineering capabilities, EURODIFROID is ready to listen and help you find the most suitable chiller.
