Yes, we assert our difference in the “industrial cooling” market.

Because we are indeed putting in place an organization that has no equivalent on the market.

This unique, “hybrid” organization allows us to:
– Respond to urgent requests, where responsiveness is a key factor in your decision;
– And also to implement a complete and precise industrial approach, when required, with all key functions integrated on a single site, when you propose a “series production” approach.

Our organizational chart speaks for itself:

PRODUCTION is at the heart of our industrial tool: this human and material capacity opens up almost “à la carte” manufacturing possibilities (prototyping, unit assembly, batches or series…);
Upstream of PRODUCTION, a complete ENGINEERING platform, bringing together all the required skills (mechanical, electrical, programming, hydraulic, refrigeration…) is structured around Project Managers and Business Managers, who will be coordinators and privileged interlocutors during the product development phases;
In support of PRODUCTION, a COMPLIANCE team is working to analyze “field” feedback (customer after-sales service, supplier non-conformities and assembly…), and to supervise improvement actions, both on the Products themselves and on the Industrialization Methods;

Around these 3 pillars, we find SUPPORT functions (Sales and Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, Human Resources or Communication), which are all essential functions for the proper functioning of the whole.

Our organization therefore brings together around 60 people on the same site, with a diversity and complementarity of functions, all in the immediate vicinity of each other.

Thus, we adapt the product response (performance, lead time, price, options…), the industrial response (unit assembly, batch assembly, assembly on a series line…) or the service (after-sales support, commissioning, training…) to your needs;
Quality: we put human and technical resources into ensuring impeccable quality of our services, not only concerning the devices themselves but also on all of our services (advice, documentation, certifications, on-site service provision, etc.).
Thus, our Compliance team consolidates both Customer Feedback, manufacturing methods, complete monitoring of machine tests, and the automation of cross-checks of technical information (diagrams, nomenclatures, ranges…);
The Made in France: based near Angers (Pays de la Loire), we are pleased to have many local talents and to contribute to the growth of the “industrial refrigeration” sector (see FrenchFab card). Our proximity to many French clients also facilitates technical exchanges and makes our availability on site easier;
Eco-conception: of course, we are committed to developing equipment with the best value for money.
But we are increasingly led to offer solutions to reduce operating costs: microchannel condensers, piston compressors, floating high pressure, intelligent regulation, simplified after-sales service… all levers that can make an investment more ecological and more economical.
