EURODIFROID is a family business that has been built up in successive stages: in close proximity to industrial players, the company has been able to grow by developing its engineering, production and service capabilities.
But our positioning has remained unique in the market: that of a serious partner, capable of supporting short-term needs (standard machines, rapid adaptations, replacements…), as well as longer-term projects (design office, project management, prototyping, series manufacturing…).

COMPANY HISTORY

1989
The company was founded in Neuilly-Plaisance (93) by Dominique TRAINEAU (former CEO). The company developed through a few partnerships within the machinery sector in France.
In the first year, sales reached 20 units.

1996
To meet its growing production needs, EURODIFROID decided to establish a presence in the Angers region to secure significant production space.
With an 1100m² production site, a new phase of development is underway, enabling us to better support our clients and give our products a truly industrial scale.

2012
The team is organized around 2 main areas:
- The “standardization” team focuses on recurring, simple, and high-volume products. This team handles a range of topics, including component homogenization, assembly process standardization, continuous quality improvement, and commercial presentation of simple product lines;
- The “key accounts” team, for its part, focuses on responding to the most complex and specific requests by developing unitary solutions from known components or assemblies.
The following year, the production site was expanded by 700m² to 1800m².

2019
Appointment of Alexandre TRAINEAU to the full management of the company following the retirement of the long-time CEO Dominique TRAINEAU.
The following year, and under the impetus of the DINAMIC project (Lean Management program), EURODIFROID optimized the production area to reach 2400m².

2024
The company is finalizing its move to a new 3,200 m² site, located right next to its previous site, which had become too small.
In parallel, digitalization projects are continuing: deployment of tablets at all workstations, implementation of a new ERP system, development of internal product configuration software, monitoring of machine testings, etc.
On either side of the “Production” function, two areas are restructured:
- “Engineering,” to develop solutions and support clients;
- and “Compliance,” to ensure optimal quality and industrialization.




And what about the future?
EURODIFROID continues to evolve and adapt its offering to market needs:
- Skills development: recruiting increasingly specialized talent, strengthening synergies between departments, implementing dashboards and performance indicators for each department…
- Enhancing our industrial capabilities: launching a site complementary to the main site (dedicated to customer testing and acceptance), adding new functionalities to the ERP software, monitoring testing…
- Increasing our visibility: participating in recruitment forums and job meetings, welcoming visitors, launching a new website, and committing to industry programs and certifications…
