Our service offerings*
- Pre-sales advice: our technical sales team helps you select the right product, provides optimization tips, and sends you comprehensive and detailed offers.
- 18-month warranty on all our devices, after delivery
- Technical support hotline, to assist you remotely with your diagnostics and on-site interventions.
Following our discussions, different types of solutions can also be considered: intervention at your home (by our technicians or our selected partners), return of the device to our factory (to our dedicated workshop), sending of spare parts and procedures… - Product repair and improvement workshop: we have integrated a complete workshop on our site capable of handling requests for upgrades, retrofits, or technical optimizations (adding options, reprogramming, etc.) so that your devices remain 100% efficient and adapted to your evolving needs.
- Recovery and disposal of end-of-life equipment: recovery and recycling of refrigerants (see european F-gas legal notice), destruction and recycling of parts… we can relieve you and take over!
- We maintain a large stock of spare parts (we physically store nearly 7000 components on our premises!) to ensure your maintenance or repair work is carried out very quickly.
- Commissioning, particularly within the framework of specific projects, to collaborate on installation, connections, adjustments, etc., and to ensure that our device delivers its best performance, and to consolidate our experience in your business
- Training courses to support your teams (commissioning, maintenance & preventive maintenance, after-sales service and diagnostic assistance…)
- Rental of supplementary equipment, so as not to interrupt your activity
- And many other pre- and post-sales services.
