At Airbus, rigor and precision are part of everyday life: the industrial processes for manufacturing aeronautical parts require a level of standards that their suppliers must also respect.
Here, a series of KR 15 portable ducted industrial air conditioners which are used, among other things, to keep chemical product cabinets at a constant temperature.

Here in the image, a second RFC 30 water cooler is on our “launch pad” (meaning our shipping dock!), ready for takeoff to Texas and the SpaceX base.

To develop its 100% electric engines, Airbus calls upon the teams at Nidec who contribute their expertise and develop the associated tests.
The cooling unit we designed for them consists of several coolers to ensure optimal temperature management during intensive testing and cycling phases.

For many years now, we have been supporting Daher Aerospace with the design and manufacture of series of air conditioners intended for outdoor installation at various European operating sites.
Beyond the technical constraints (weather resistance, optimal reliability, ease of installation, etc.), this project offers us the opportunity to regularly make improvements to our industrial process and to undertake product optimizations in perfect collaboration with the client’s engineering teams.
