// Interview with Nadia RONDEAU, EURODIFROID electrical assembly and preparation //
Diligent, dynamic, and curious, Nadia shares her secrets to longevity with us at EURODIFROID

Nadia is an important figure in the company. Having worked through several positions, she demonstrates adaptability and displays a daily smile within the “electrical assembly” team.
During this interview, she takes a few moments to explain her journey to us and reveal a little more about EURODIFROID, seen from the inside!
EURODIFROID – Hello Nadia.
Can you remind us how long you have been working at EURODIFROID?
Nadia – It will be 5 years in a few days. I returned here on November 27, 2019, having gone through Cap Emploi 49, following a disability.
What career paths did you go through in the company?
I started by doing hydraulics and assembly on small machines.
I have always remained in Production but today, I am on electrical wiring preparation.
Basically: our team prepares the electrical boxes and all the wiring, which will then be fitted in the frames of the air conditioners or water / oil coolers.
A job where you have to be rigorous and precise.

What qualities do you think are required for this type of “production/manufacturing” position?
Well I would say: the will to learn!
Because I don’t have the diplomas, but with will, application, desire and patience, anyone can move forward.
With the company, I was able to benefit from different trainings, internal (among colleagues) or external.
When you invest yourself in it, you can succeed and evolve.
You work on part of each device: do you have information about the final product, the client concerned or the application in which it will be used?

I especially know the devices I’m wiring, that’s for sure!
I also go and see other machines when I can, on the “series” production line or in the “custom” assembly workshop.
I don’t always know what they are used for exactly but I see a lot of famous customer names on the manufacturing sheets.
About Customers: do you ever come across visitors on the site (Customers or others)? What do you think?
Yes, it happens from time to time. We can see a few customers, but also suppliers or other people.
Sometimes they ask us a few questions or observe our ways of doing things. And it’s nice to see that they are interested in our work.

How would you describe the working atmosphere in Production?

The atmosphere is really good in general.
Of course, there are a few “rants” from time to time, but that’s what’s needed to commit everyone and ensure that we don’t lose our efficiency.
EURODIFROID is a small company: I feel good with everyone and I feel like family. It’s cool.
What advice would you give to a new employee to facilitate their integration?
Why interview our employees?
An interview with an Eurodifroid employee offers readers a concrete and human perspective on the company.
Through their experience, projects, and advice, they share on-the-ground expertise that is often difficult to convey otherwise. This helps our clients, partners, and potential candidates for employment opportunities within our teams to better understand the solutions we offer, the technical challenges we face, and how the company addresses them.
This type of content also aims to build trust by highlighting the skills and commitment of our teams to our clients. The testimonials from these employees can also provide practical ideas and valuable feedback for optimizing your own installations or projects.
Ultimately, these interviews reflect our commitments and the values that drive every Eurodifroid employee and contribute to the development of the quality of our products and services.
