Prototyping and series production of compact water cooling devices for integration.

SFE Process specializes in supercritical CO2 production technologies (industrial solvents with increased solubility and environmentally friendly).
We were consulted to ensure the proper thermal management of their devices:
- Initially for prototyping (2 chillers made last summer, in very specific templates);
- Then today to put small series into production (like in this photo).
This case file reveals a pattern that we at EURODIFROID have become accustomed to:
- An engineering capacity to design a device adapted to the specifications and to be proactive in suggesting ways to optimize the product requested;
- Then, an industrialization capacity (combining Methods and Quality) to support a gradual ramp-up, and ensure good monitoring of production rates.

- Special dimensions for integration into customer machines
- R7035 refrigerant enclosure

- Reinforced cover (crushed fold on each side)

- Reduced height by 15 mm
- 4 nylon “pad” screws
