Prototype a solution to propose a more economical and better integrated condensing solution.

It’s always a pleasure to welcome customers to our site!
Here, alongside François HOUDU and Camille JARNET (EURODIFROID Engineering team), we find Mr. Jean FABRE and Mr. Fabien TELLE from Bertrand-Puma, specialists in equipment for bakers and pastry chefs (mixers, beaters, dividers…), who were welcomed this week to our factory.
What is the need for this project?
Review the thermal management of some of their equipment to design and assemble an optimal solution to promote the maturation and storage of natural sourdough starter, with the following constraints:
- A very compact housing space (for minimal footprint in the final chassis);
- And a demanding working environment (food industry standards, dust and risk of clogging, frequency of start/stop cycles, etc.).
We will not say more about this matter (as the project is still under development).
But one thing is certain: we listen to industrial manufacturers, and we are proud to be by their side to propose and implement simple, effective and relevant solutions.
