Laboratories and research achievement:
TRA 200 water cooler and ECH 100 exchanger, for Laboratoire des 2 infinis

Assembly of a unit including a TRA 200 water cooler, associated with an ECH 100 end-of-line heat exchanger (allowing the circuit to be decoupled for optimal antifreeze management) for the Laboratory of Physics of the Two Infinities.
In this group of research laboratories (a joint unit of the CNRS, the University of Paris-Saclay and the University of Paris-Cité), the cooling unit will be used in particular to cool a Cryo compressor.

Some features of the ECH 100
- Heat exchange capacity: 10,000 W for a primary network temperature of 13°C/18°C and a secondary outlet temperature of 18°C
- Control range: minimum 15°C – maximum 30°C
- Ambient temperature range: minimum 10°C – maximum 40°C
Device design:
- 1 Stainless steel plate water/water heat exchanger with copper brazing
- 1 Proportional 3-way valve with high-speed servomotor for regulating the primary cold water flow to maintain process temperature
- 1 Insulated 30-liter PE process water tank
- 1 Grundfos CM1-3 centrifugal circulation pump (flow rate: min. 3 l/min – max. 41 l/min; pressure: min. 1.0 bar – max. 2.6 bar)
- 1 Manual bypass for adjusting the flow to your process
- 1 Electronic PID controller with digital display of tank temperature (+/-0.2°C) – 1 Visual water level indicator
- 1 Water pressure gauge (pump discharge pressure)
- 1 General fault switch on a dry contact
- 1 Main on/off switch
- 1 Enclosed chassis with G3/4″ female stainless steel inlet/outlet fittings
