Simply because we are here at the home of a prestigious client: Maison Martin Pouret.
The story of this master vinegar maker has been intertwined with the history of the Loire Valley and French gastronomy since 1797… and even reached the presidential tables of the Élysée Palace!

In this factory, proper temperature management during the manufacturing stages is part of a Quality commitment that constitutes the added value of Orléans know-how.

The circuit of our TRA 45 chiller, in service for 5 years, operates with a mixture of water and white vinegar (which replaces standard glycol), and delivers a cooling capacity of nearly 5 kW.

Once again: nothing complicated for our teams.
