Not only do we provide after-sales service for our products (technical support hotline, spare parts, etc.) but we also have a multi-brand repair workshop at your service.
As proof, this repair request was submitted to us by LE MET, the manager of the transport network for the Metz metropolitan area.
The aim here is to bring our refrigeration expertise to diagnose several bus air conditioners and offer a repair and refurbishment service.
For some devices (too old or too specific), it is indeed sometimes difficult (or even impossible) to find quality maintenance and repair services.
Thankfully: EURODIFROID is here!
The need?
To offer a repair and reconditioning service for air conditioners used to cool bus batteries, for which it is almost impossible to find after-sales support in Europe…
No problem for our customer service teams!
Unit diagnosis, repair and reshipment (and we even have equivalent new EURODIFROID devices to offer if a replacement is needed).
At the heart of our after-sales service workshop
- We can, of course, refurbish and upgrade older EURODIFROID equipment.
We also keep complete records of our manufacturing processes (plans, diagrams, certificates, etc.), which allows us to precisely identify the original requirements and configuration. - We manage more than 15,000 parts, of which nearly 7,000 are physically stocked in the same building: this allows us to be very responsive in using a wide choice of components to repair devices;
- Our engineering and design teams are also on the same site: their advice and experience is an asset for offering quick and effective technical solutions;
- The after-sales service repair workshop is integrated into our Compliance department, which, also responsible for Quality and Industrial Methods, applies structured and optimized work methodologies.
In short, our repair services are managed and conducted with the same rigor as our regular production operations.
These elements are all guarantees of reliability and seriousness which today make our repair services a truly complementary offering: we apply our same “manufacturer” methods to these repair and reconditioning requests.
