technicians from Herv\u00e9 Thermique to prepare for the commissioning of an RFI 1100 water cooler.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>This cooler is due to be put into service soon on a gas distribution operation in the Paris region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex has-l-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\">Some details about this RFI 1100 water cooler<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background is-style-short--thick is-style-short--thick--3\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>With a power output of 118 kW (for 20\u00b0C of 30% glycol water and 45\u00b0C ambient air), it incorporates two separate refrigeration circuits, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 x 2 Panasonic hermetic scroll compressors operating on R513A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 brazed plate evaporators protected by a flow controller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 microchannel condensers with epoxy coating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 variable speed fan modules with pressure transducer and parameter setting for a fixed high pressure (55\u00b0C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 electronic expansion valves with factory-set MOP and LOP parameters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sets of high\/low pressure switches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 EBARA SHE 40-200 \/ 5.5 kW circulation pumps for operation with 30% MEG glycol, connected in parallel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One 300-liter insulated pressure tank with enamel coating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One set of isolation valves and check valves for 2 x 100% redundancy operation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One factory-set automatic bypass valve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One 3-way recirculation valve for preparing the glycol water to the setpoint (in case of hot start-up)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stainless steel braided hose connections terminated with DN65 (2 1\/2&#8243;) stainless steel flanges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And a control\/command cabinet, integrating a main disconnect switch, an ELIWELL type control PLC (with 4 regulation stages: 0%-25%-50%-75%-100%), Modbus TCP\/IP communication using addresses identical to the existing CAREL PLC, and various dry contacts (general fault, pre-alarm, high glycol water temperature, 3-way valve
