Together, they ensure the smooth execution of operations, from component procurement to the shipment of finished equipment.<br><br>Production lies at the heart of our industrial operations. It involves planning, manufacturing, assembling, and inspecting products in accordance with our customers&#8217; requirements. To be efficient, it requires the right resources at the right time: raw materials, components, tooling, and human expertise. An effective organizational setup helps reduce waiting times, optimize manufacturing flows, and ensure a high level of quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-right:2rem\">Logistics plays a role at every stage of the process. It manages supplier procurement, parts storage, and the supply of workstations, as well as the packaging and shipping of finished products.
