What is an active cooler?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An active cooler is a device that produces cold “autonomously” (as opposed to “exchanger” type devices that use a “primary” cold source: cold air, cold water\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To produce cold, an active chiller incorporates a refrigeration circuit<\/strong>: this is a closed system (mainly comprising a compressor, an expansion valve, an evaporator and a condenser) in which a refrigerant circulates (fluid or gas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This device will then be able to cool any industrial process: water, glycol water, oil, emulsion, food preparation, other types of fluids\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
