  • Technical hotline, for rapid diagnostic assistance and assistance. At the end of our discussions, the most effective solution will be offered to you: intervention at your home (by our technicians or our partners), return of the device to our factory (in a dedicated space), sending of parts detachments and procedures...
  • Preventative maintenance contracts and technical support
  • Retrofit (improvement, upgrading, modification) of your devices, so that they remain adapted to your changing needs
  • Recovery and destruction of end-of-life devices (refrigerants, destruction and recycling of parts, etc.)
  • Supply of spare parts (we physically store nearly 7,000 components at home!) for maintenance or repair
  • Rental of additional equipment, so as not to interrupt your activity
  • Commissioning, to secure installation, connections, adjustments, etc. so that your device is at 100% of its capacity
