The RFC water cooler is developed on the following modular concept:

1) Cold module: Choose your cooling power according to your needs.

We put our experience in the machine world at your disposal to calibrate this data with you.

2) Hydraulic module: Set the required hydraulic configuration.

Depending on your hydraulic circuit, you select the components (pump and/or tank) as well as the pump performance.

3) Electrical module: Select the interfaces and safety features that your process needsFlow safety, pressure safety, remote operation, ...

4) Mechanical module: Define the finish of your coolerColor, fairing or mechanical protection... A final level of customization is offered to you.

These 4 modules are managed in our production as semi-finished products replenished from stock. This allows you to benefit from great selection flexibility combined with very high availability of our liquid coolers.

RFC coolers, compliant with current CE standards, find their application in process and machine cooling. Their small size allows them to fit in a small space. Hydraulic and electrical connections, as well as maintenance, have been simplified as much as possible to facilitate installation and maintenance. These refrigeration units have as standard an insulated buffer tank with lid (easy cleaning) and a circulation pump. Many variations are available to adapt to user needs. The application temperature range of the coolers goes from +5°C to +20°C with the possibility of extending it from -30°C to +40°C depending on demand. The ambient conditions are between +10°C and +40°C or for specific applications, the limits can be extended (eg: from -20°C to +55°C).

The coil (copper or stainless steel) is the refrigeration exchange solution used in the RFC 02 to 20 range.

This exchange technique, very simple but also very robust, is perfectly suited to the advantages of our small power coolers for industrial use.

It makes it possible to eliminate clogging problems, which are sometimes critical for solutions with brazed plate exchangers.
