Our story

1989

Creation of the company in Neuilly-Plaisance (93) by Dominique TRAINEAU (former CEO).
The company is developing on the basis of a few partnerships in the machine in France.

1996

To meet increasingly important production needs, EURODIFROID decides to set up in the Angers region in order to find significant production space.

A new stage of development is underway in order to better support our customers and give our products a true industrial dimension.

1998

EURODIFROID is located on its production site close to Angers (ZI de la Suzerolle, Seiches-sur-le-Loir) and has a production area of ​​1,100 m².

2002

After having started and equipped the production plant, EURODIFROID, active throughout the French market, must maintain strong proximity to its key customers. This is one of the reasons why new offices are being set up in the Paris region, with the sales and administrative departments.

2009

The management site is located in Montreuil-sous-bois and incorporates administrative, financial, purchasing and management functions.

2012

With the increase of the number of customers and applications, 2 teams are set up:

• The “standardization” team: which focuses on recurring, simple and quantitative products. Approaches to homogenization of components, standardization of assembly processes, Quality continuous improvement, commercial presentation of simple ranges... are all topics which are taken care of by this team.
• The “key accounts” team: which focuses on responding to the most complex and specific requests by developing unit solutions using mass-market components or processes.

EURODIFROID then has two separate design offices and two distinct methodologies which make it possible to meet various requirements: maintaining prices, deadlines and flawless quality on the one hand; the development and personalization of the other.

2013

The development of the new organization leads to a significant increase in EURODIFROID's activity. The Seiches-sur-le-Loir factory then expanded by 700m².

2018

All EURODIFROID activities are grouped together on our production site in Seiches-sur-le-Loir!

This simplified organization aims to increase our efficiency and strengthen our level of service.

2019

Appointment of Alexandre TRAINEAU as CEO of the company following the retirement of historic manager Dominique TRAINEAU.

2020

Achievement of the DINAMIC project: for a year, EURODIFROID has been assisted by experts from the Western region to further develop its industrial performance (Lean Management).

In a few years, the factory has doubled in volume and workforce to reach 2,400 m² of surface area and 42 employees: the objective is to improve the ability to effectively manage "small series" production, in parallel with tailor-made projects.

2023

EURODIFROID continues to gather even higher skills:

• D1 module certification of the DESP (Pressure Equipment Directive)
• Regular renewal of CEMAFROID certificate (Refrigeration system manufacturers)

2024

The company is finalizing its move to a new 3,200 m² site (very close of the previous site).

The workforce reaches 55 people and we are further optimizing our processes: digitalization of production monitoring, upgrading of the ERP tool, etc.
